Microsoft Teams

  1. 1Open your Teams meeting link in the browser
  2. 2Allow audio permissions when prompted
  3. 3Connect the session in your Viva Bot dashboard

Zoom

  1. 1Join your Zoom meeting
  2. 2Allow the tool to capture meeting audio
  3. 3Keep the Viva Bot tab open beside your meeting

Google Meet

  1. 1Open your Meet link in the same browser
  2. 2Allow microphone and tab audio access
  3. 3Start the session from your dashboard

Webex

  1. 1Join the Webex session from your browser
  2. 2Allow audio permissions for the tab
  3. 3Connect the session in Viva Bot and begin
